COIBuddy is one of our main products here at Nolote, and if you've ever had to chase down Certificates of Insurance from vendors, you already know why we built it. Property managers, general contractors, small businesses — they all deal with the same headache: tracking insurance paperwork, following up with vendors who ghost you, and trying not to let anything expire without noticing. It's tedious, it's stressful, and honestly, nobody got into their line of work to babysit spreadsheets full of policy dates.
So we built COIBuddy to take that off their plate. Our engineering team here at Nolote has been working on it from day one and we're still actively developing it — adding features, improving the experience, making it smarter with every release. And behind all of that, our cybersecurity and DevOps crew keeps the whole thing locked down and running smooth. The goal is simple: you shouldn't have to worry about whether your vendors are covered. COIBuddy handles it so you can get back to actually running your business.

VibeGuard.bot is something we're really proud of here at Nolote. If you run a Telegram community — especially a big or fast-growing one — you know the drill. You've got one bot for spam protection, another for moderation, maybe a third for welcome messages, something else for analytics, and they don't really talk to each other. It's a mess, and when a raid hits or scammers show up, you're scrambling across five different dashboards trying to keep things under control.
We built VibeGuard to be the one bot that handles all of it. Spam and raid protection, content moderation, automated workflows, reputation and engagement features, analytics — all running through one policy engine that actually explains why it did what it did. No mystery bans, no “why did that get deleted?” moments. Admins get a real dashboard through Telegram's Mini App, they can set up punishment ladders, build custom triggers, and tap into our Shield Network for shared anti-spam intelligence across communities.
