Is Nolote a software-development agency?

No. Nolote is not a general outsourcing, staff-augmentation, or custom-development agency. Its teams build and operate Nolote-owned products. The company may work with integration, infrastructure, distribution, research, and strategic partners around those products.

Is Nolote a passive holding company?

No. Nolote is the parent company behind the portfolio, but it also provides shared product engineering, cloud, AI, security, operational, and company capabilities. Product teams remain accountable for their own audience and experience.

What is HushShield ThreatGate?

HushShield ThreatGate is Nolote’s self-hosted infrastructure and DDoS protection platform. It helps teams discover exposure, deploy protected edge paths, isolate origins, and manage protection with separate evidence for coverage and capacity.

What is LabelVPN?

LabelVPN is a VPN reseller platform for businesses that want to build and grow a branded VPN offering. Detailed platform capabilities will be published on the LabelVPN profile as they are finalized and approved.

How does Nolote use AI?

AI is fundamental to several Nolote products and supports operations across the portfolio. Depending on the product, AI may retrieve approved knowledge, generate cited answers, transcribe input, produce a draft, explain findings, suggest options, summarize activity, correlate events, or recommend the next action.

Nolote’s standard is to define what AI may do, what evidence it uses, how it is evaluated, and where a person or deterministic product rule remains authoritative.

Does AI make final decisions in Nolote products?

Not by default. Authority depends on the product.

For example, ChangeMint requires people to confirm commercial truth; Rankroom’s AI may suggest options but does not change ballot weight; Rynelra uses confidence and human handoff; security, access, billing, signing, ranking, routing, and policy decisions remain governed by explicit product rules.

Does Nolote operate its own cloud?

Nolote has built a shared cloud platform and technology framework for its products. The platform can operate across providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Hetzner, and Fornex, with regional infrastructure in the Americas, Europe, and Asia according to product needs.

This does not mean every product runs in every provider or region. Each product publishes its actual current hosting, residency, and availability where relevant.

Is Nolote multi-cloud?

Nolote uses a multi-provider operating model. Provider diversity creates value only when dependencies, data placement, failover, capacity, and recovery are deliberately engineered and tested—so we avoid using “multi-cloud” as a vague guarantee.

How does Nolote approach cybersecurity?

Cybersecurity is both a product category and a company-wide engineering discipline. Nolote’s approach includes identity, access, tenant boundaries, secure credentials, data handling, public exposure, infrastructure controls, release safety, monitoring, incident readiness, recovery, abuse prevention, and honest product claims.

Is Nolote PCI DSS certified?

Nolote implements controls informed by PCI DSS requirements where relevant. That is not the same as certification, assessment, validation, or an Attestation of Compliance. Nolote claims PCI DSS validation only for a specifically documented entity, product, environment, version, scope, assessor, and validity period.

Are Nolote products secure?

No responsible software company should promise that every product is simply “secure” in all configurations and circumstances.

Nolote products explain what they protect, how they are designed, what evidence supports the claim, what customers control, and which risks or limitations remain.

Where are Nolote products available?

Nolote’s products are intended for users and businesses across multiple world regions. Actual availability can differ by product, platform, app store, language, payment method, legal requirement, infrastructure, or launch stage. The product site is the source of truth.

How do I get product support?

Use the support path on the relevant product website. Product-specific support can verify account, device, workspace, project, room, community, or environment context without routing private information through a general corporate form.

How do I report a security issue?

Use Nolote’s dedicated responsible-disclosure channel, not a general contact or support form. Do not access customer data, disrupt service, social-engineer users, or perform testing outside the published scope.

Does Nolote accept partnerships?

Yes. Nolote considers product integrations, infrastructure relationships, distribution, channel opportunities, authorized research, and strategic product opportunities. It is not seeking generic outsourced-development projects.

Is Nolote hiring?

Current openings appear on the Careers page. Nolote publishes only real roles with current location, work model, responsibilities, and an active application path.

Does Nolote invest in or acquire products?

Nolote may consider strategic product opportunities that fit its portfolio and operating model.
