Careers
Build products you can own beyond the release.
Nolote creates and operates its own technology products. That means the people who design and build a feature stay connected to how it performs, how customers use it, how it fails, and how it improves.
We are headquartered in San Diego, California, and work across AI, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, mobile applications, SaaS, networking, product design, and operations.
Work with a complete product
A Nolote team may own:
- The customer problem.
- Product design and UX.
- Application and mobile experience.
- APIs and business state.
- AI behavior and evaluation.
- Identity, billing, and roles.
- Cloud infrastructure.
- Security and privacy.
- Release and observability.
- Support and operational evidence.
- Growth and product learning.
No one person has to do everything. Everyone should understand how their work connects to the outcome.
What “Built From the Core” means for a team
Depth is respected
We value strong specialists. Networking, security, mobile, AI, platform, product, and design all require real expertise.
Boundaries are visible
A product succeeds across disciplines. We expect clear interfaces, documentation, and direct collaboration rather than work disappearing into functions.
Production is part of the work
The release is not the end of ownership. Teams learn from health, incidents, quality, customer use, and support.
Claims matter
We do not market a guarantee the system cannot support. Engineers, product owners, security, and marketing share responsibility for accurate language.
Improvement is continuous
Research and releases happen regularly. A strong foundation gives the team room to move without making every change dangerous.

- San Diego office-based.
- Hybrid.
- Remote within approved locations.
- Remote with required time-zone overlap.
- Available only in specific employment jurisdictions.
We do not use “remote” without defining where the company can legally employ and support the role.
Open roles
We do not have a role open today. New positions will be posted here when the team is ready to hire.
We do not accept sensitive personal information through general contact forms, and recruiting firms should not submit candidates without an active agreement.
